CANCELLATION POLICY:

To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all clients, we kindly ask for advance notice when rescheduling or canceling appointments.

• Cancellations made within 48 Hours of the appointment will incur a
25% Cancellation Fee.

• Cancellations made within 24 Hours of the appointment will incur a
50% Cancellation Fee.

No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged up to the full service amount.
